You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
You are solely responsible for content you submit, including reviews. You agree not to post false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content, and not to post affiliate spam or manipulated ratings. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or refuse any content at our discretion.
Suppliers, clinics, and providers who submit listings represent that all certifications, COAs, and information provided are authentic and accurate. Submitting falsified documentation results in permanent removal and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to facilitate the illegal sale or distribution of any controlled or restricted substance, to scrape or copy data without permission, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information, including supplier scores, regulatory status, or third-party data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EraPhys and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
