Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information EraPhys collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1.Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information: name, email address, and password.
• Age verification: date of birth, used to confirm you are 18 or older.
• Research preferences: experience level and research interests you choose to share, used only to personalize content.
• Usage data: how you interact with the app, to improve the Service.
• Outbound click data: EraPhys logs outbound clicks to supplier sites to measure referral traffic. These clicks may be associated with your account when you are signed in.
• Supplier/business data: for business accounts, the listing, certification, and COA information you submit.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and personalize the Service, verify eligibility, send notifications you opt into (such as FDA alerts), respond to support requests, and improve and secure the platform.

Referral traffic measurement. When you tap a supplier's "Visit" link, we route the tap through our own first-party endpoint that records the click (the supplier, the compound you were viewing, and — if you are signed in — your account) before forwarding you to the supplier's site. This is first-party analytics only; we do not use any third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Suppliers receive only aggregate click counts and never any individual user's click history.

3.What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your research interests or any health-related preferences to make medical determinations. We do not share your data with advertisers.

4.Data Sharing

We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help operate the Service (such as hosting and analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

5.Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion is permanent.

6.Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, download, or delete your personal data. You can request a copy of your data from Settings → Download My Data, or contact us.

7.Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Children's Privacy

EraPhys is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
